Seven stages from requirement review to maintenance

Each stage defines goals, engineering work and acceptance-ready outputs to reduce ambiguity and rework.

Goal: Clarify objects, standards, cycle time, accuracy, false rejects, misses and site constraints.
Work: Collect sample data, site photos, line speed, equipment interfaces and acceptance criteria.
Output: Initial requirement record and feasibility direction.

Goal: Verify whether imaging and inspection routes are feasible.

Output: Evaluation conclusion, risk points and recommended technical route.

Goal: Define hardware, software, mechanics, electrical, communication and acceptance standards.
Work: Design camera and lighting layout, software functions, data interfaces and equipment integration.
Output: Technical solution, configuration list and implementation plan.

Goal: Validate stability and false reject / miss risks with real samples.
Work: Validate positioning, measurement, OCR, defect inspection or deep learning models.
Output: Validation results, parameter ranges and sample supplement suggestions.

Goal: Close the loop between vision results and production equipment.
Work: Commission PLCs, robots, rejection devices, motion control, databases or MES systems.
Output: Communication, takt synchronization, exception handling and line integration tests.

Goal: Help customers accept by agreed standards and maintain basic operation capability.
Work: Complete acceptance, operator training, parameter explanation, issue handling and documentation.
Output: Acceptance records, operation guide, project documents and delivery checklist.

Goal: Keep the system stable after launch and support continuous optimization.
Work: Provide remote troubleshooting, version updates, sample supplements and parameter optimization.
Output: Maintenance records, issue closure and optimization suggestions.
